Job Description

  • Create and maintain personnel records and maintain the employee database system.
  • Keep records of attendance and track employees’ absences.
  • Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
  • Deal & follow-up problems of the Labor Office and Social Security.
  • Follow up health certificates and extract them from health offices.
  • Follow-up car licenses and renewal.
  • Keep records of employees' attendance and leaves.
  • Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1, 2, 6).
  • Maintain database with new hires and employee exits.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination.
  • Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick …etc.).
  • Recording all personnel data on the electronic system.
  • Other duties can be assigned. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years of exp. in HR (Mainly in Personnel).
  • Excellent English is a must.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Must be from 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed City.
