Job Description
- Create and maintain personnel records and maintain the employee database system.
- Keep records of attendance and track employees’ absences.
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
- Deal & follow-up problems of the Labor Office and Social Security.
- Follow up health certificates and extract them from health offices.
- Follow-up car licenses and renewal.
- Keep records of employees' attendance and leaves.
- Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1, 2, 6).
- Maintain database with new hires and employee exits.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination.
- Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick …etc.).
- Recording all personnel data on the electronic system.
- Other duties can be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of exp. in HR (Mainly in Personnel).
- Excellent English is a must.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Must be from 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed City.
