Job Description
The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible to perform lead initiatives, creating plans, testing, and proposing various solutions to ameliorate business processes throughout the organization. The company offers a substantial work environment and a prominent work culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- * Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify and build business requirements
- * Collaborate with business stakeholders to create Cost-Benefit Analyses for various initiatives
- * Analyze and lead implementations related to CRM Systems
- * Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate business solutions, designs, and processes into development
- * Assess various business processes to identify adequate test cases and perform regression testing
- * Be the cross-functional expert between the technical and functional Team
Job Requirements
- * 3+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM
- * 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience
- * At least 4 years of experience leveraging knowledge areas, competencies, and techniques
- * Ability to perform business reports using tools such as SSRS, SSIS, etc.
- * Experience working within project management
- * Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- * Strong ability to plan and take initiatives
- * Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and excel is required
