Job Description
- Studying the project with all its items (contract review - plates - specifications - assessment - list of suppliers)
- Follow-up of the Tracking Sheet in all types of work and follow-up of “Suppliers – Manufactures – Sub Contractors
- Updating the Sub-Contractors database
- Comparison sheet to choose the best price and payment method
- Comparison between different suppliers to choose the best price and best quality "Material List"
- Comparison between suppliers after responding with quotations
- Preparing the Direct Cost and BOQ “Bill of Quantity” reports
- Sending the Direct Cost to the Bid Manager
- Meet suppliers to negotiate again and get the lowest prices
- Performs everything assigned to him by the direct manager, unless it differs fundamentally with the nature of the work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably "Civil Engineering"
- Experience from 3 to 7 years in the field
