Job Description
We are looking for energetic, active and details oriented candidates who can join our team in the transportation department to facilitate the transportation service in daily basis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare, update operating plan and create plans for new sectors and lines.
- Prepare budget for various sectors in coordination with operation manager and financial dept.
- Conduct interviews with applicants for vacancies in transportation dept.
- Conduct weekly meetings with transportation supervisors.
- Conduct regular sectors’ visits to insure commitment of drivers and supervisors.
- Follow up reservation of touristic transportation for individuals and corporate.
- Solve any problem related to operation that may be rise.
- Prepare action plan for emergency cases and accidents.
- Oversee daily operating plan to insure its implementation on time and high quality.
- Correct any irregularity received from quality dept.
- Oversee input daily operating data by supervisor and drivers.
- Follow up regular cars maintenance.
- Transfer supervisors to the various sectors to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Evaluate and improve performance of supervisors and drivers.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports related to operation dept.
- Perform any duties assigned by operation manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- +5 years of experience in transportation field, +2 years in the same position is a MUST
- Excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills.
- Excellent user of MS office especially excel.
- Good command of English.
