Job Description
- Monitor and drive the business following to the management board strategies and goals.
- Target new market opportunities and work through effective sales funnel.
- Strategically manage 3PL operations projects to ensure operations excellence.
- Implement and develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM function to improve customer retention strategy, highest level of satisfaction and always promote new solutions adapting to clients needs and objectives.
- Manage and develop full cycle of new interface projects.
- Engage with operations department and other cross functions to respond to any external complaints and work effectively for corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
- Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.
- Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Job Requirements
- University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree).
- 3PL/ Warehousing Experience is a MUST.
- Strong Experience in Dealing with Key Accounts.
- WMSs Sufficient Knowledge is Highly Preferred.
- 7+ Solid Years of Experience.
- Supply Chain Background.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Proven Decisions Making Skills.
- Effective Follow-Up.
