Job Description
- Maintaining warehouses from theft, damage to assets or fire, and applying occupational safety, health and environmental standards.
- Follow the approved quality policies and is responsible for keeping all records and quality models for the warehouse management procedure and all its works are subject to internal audit
- Supervising workers during the processes of adding, arranging and organizing stocks correctly to avoid 7 Wastes according to the instructions and apply the 5s
- Encouraging warehouse workers to participate in continuous improvement and to present ideas and innovation that will improve the performance of work in its management and group
- Follow-up internal and external purchase requests and receive the items incoming to the stores and check them outwardly and ensure that they match the purchase requests
- Cooperating with other departments in solving problems, developing performance, continuous improvement, and setting future plans
- Responsible for analyzing deviations in the inventory, finding the root causes for them, setting corrective measures that prevent their recurrence, and setting preventive measures for their non-occurrence in similar places.
- Work in a team spirit and cooperate to complete the required work and follow the instructions of the warehouse supervisor
- Report an imminent accident or unsafe circumstance, if any.
