Role Overview
We are inviting experienced B2B sales professionals to join our DocuSign Growth Partner Program. This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity designed for senior sales profiles who can generate qualified enterprise opportunities and support deal closure.
This role does not constitute traditional employment and carries no fixed salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise and mid-market organizations across the GCC
- Approach and build relationships with decision-makers (Legal, Procurement, IT, Sales Ops, C-level)
- Introduce DocuSign eSignature and Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM)
- Qualify customer needs and validate real business use cases
- Secure introductory meetings with Flex TS sales team
- Support deal progression and closure when required
- Submit leads in accordance with Flex TS guidelines
Target Segments
- Target industries are flexible and based on the candidate’s experience and network
- Excluded: Industries or entities with regulatory requirements mandating customer data to be hosted exclusively within the UAE
- Final customer eligibility is subject to Flex TS validation
Compensation & Incentives
- USD 100 per qualified lead (paid monthly)
- Lead must be registered by Flex TS and accepted by DocuSign
- 5% commission on total order value for closed-won deals
- Commission is paid only after Flex TS receives payment from the customer
- VAT, taxes, and third-party costs are excluded
Definition of a Qualified Lead
- A lead is considered qualified only if:
- The organization is enterprise or mid-market
- A relevant decision-maker is identified
- A clear DocuSign business use case exists
- An introductory meeting is completed with Flex TS
- The opportunity is registered by Flex TS and formally accepted by DocuSign

Job Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS sales
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong professional network within the GCC (UAE, KSA preferred)
- Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation solutions
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented
