Job Description
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and systems.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and compliance with company standards.
- Manage attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records in accordance with company policies.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Familiarity with HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
