DSL Segment Team Leader

Job Purpose:

Requires high technical skills combined with ADSL background also be able to set the product’s base strategy and roadmap to achieve the product’s base targets and KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver the necessary reporting requirements of every new launch.
• Provide the needed reports for Fixed broadband base behavior.
• Identify pockets of improvements that would in return uplift ARPU.
• Provide business case input & Assumption to the pricing unit, to support the business validation
• Responsible for Save team performance & their return rate from suspended customers. 
• Work closely with the research unit to get key behavior insights.
• Prepare Marcom briefs and communication material of new launches.
• Work closely with project management to ensure smooth execution of new projects.
• Attend and manage UAT sessions before new launches.
• Work closely with Regulatory & TE relations team to ensure Etisalat has the best market advantage.
• Provide status reports to management for new projects.
• Log and report on all historical market moves, made by the company or competition.
• Manage the development and implementation of a go-to-market plan to ensure proper timing and presentation of the products.    
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Deliver a monthly/annual churn forecast & plan to match organizations net adds targets.
• Deliver briefing and training for the customer care and the sales force, regarding new launches, and on quarterly basis to ensure that they are aware and updated by the latest products status, and the value provided to the customer.
• Deliver reports and presentations to present the products status in the market and future plans.
• Lead the running of Products’ concept testing to ensure products’ acceptance before launching.
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Delivery detailed IT requirements needed to provide the products’ supporting systems and reports.
