Job Description
- Planning project time schedule, budget and resources needed.
- Developing project method of statement and work plan.
- Selecting and leading project teams and stakeholders.
- Managing execution and technical office site managers.
- Managing strategic relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Managing strategic relationships with projects different consultants.
- Monitoring project performance in terms of quality, time and budget and taking necessary actions timely.
- Reporting regularly on project progress to clients and to senior management.
- Manage assigned project(s) from its conception to completion against Time Schedule Milestones
- Complete Ownership of Project Budget.
- Efficient planning and optimum utilization of ALL project resources: HR, equipment, material, and Manpower.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor of Engineering
- High organization and planning skills
- 10 years of experience in a similar position
