Job Description

  • Gathering business requirements and translate it to technical one and develop to test cases and follow up on KPIs 
  •  Challenged to improve collaborations between teams and tasks, ensure delivery at the deadlines 
  •  Plans projects in terms of scope, budget, and timeline. Breaks down scope into actionable tasks
  •  Allocates resources and assigns roles. Conducts meetings with stakeholders  
  •  Monitors performance and progress during all project phases until completion 
  •  Reports performance and progress regularly to Marketing Manager 
  •  Supporting the Marketing Manager in conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
  •  Shadowing the Marketing manager in different tasks   Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments  
  •  Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.
  •  Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.  
  •  Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements 
  •  Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions

  •  They work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution. 
  • Oversee the activities of marketing teams to ensure assigned tasks and set goals are achieved 
  •  Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps manager develop marketing plans 
  •  Analyses surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends 
  •  Integate program utilizes wide-ranging promotional calendar with merchandising, events, collateral and online components. 
  •  Acquire information through effective communication with student groups and associations, and analyze the acquired data to design innovative marketing strategies. 
  • Coordinate as well as organize cross-functional marketing and advertising activities 
  •  Organizing and prioritizing all of the tasks related to a campaign requires the ability to make quick decisions. 
  •  Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events 
  •  Support marketing Manager in organizing various projects 
  •  Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed 
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events 
  •  Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. 
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, existing and new products forecast, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. 
  •  Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. 
  •  Look after the budget of the marketing department and make sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment. 
  •  Oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
  •   Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business studies, economics, and other business related disciplines are mostly preferred.  
  •  AUC, GUC, MIU or BUE grades are a must 
  •  3 to 5 years work experience preferred in Marketing, business & project management   
  •  Ability to quickly learn, process information & prioritizing  
  •  Organization and time management skills  
  •  Good multi-tasker with an eye for details & High analytical skills 
  •  Strong communication skills, verbal & written  
  •  Can organize priorities and self-motivate  §
  • Ability to record work accurately 
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative  
  •  Problem solving and decision making ability  
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills
