Job Description
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Define market positioning, growth strategies, and competitive differentiation.

2. Brand Management
- Build, strengthen, and maintain the company’s brand image and identity.
- Oversee the development of packaging, product branding, and visual materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
3. Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Manage content creation for website, email campaigns, and digital channels.
- Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
4. Product Marketing
- Support product launches with integrated marketing campaigns and materials.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales to align product promotion with seasonal and market trends.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to guide future marketing efforts.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market studies to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
6. Trade & Event Marketing
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and food industry events.
- Support B2B promotions to drive awareness and sales.
- Coordinate with distributors and partners for co-marketing initiatives.
7. Communication & Public Relations
- Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies.
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and success stories.
- Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry associations.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve excellence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within the food services, FMCG, or food distribution industry.
- Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
