Job Description

  •  Maintain knowledge of all policies and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and/or other general recruitment topics.
  •  Coordinate with teams for the approved budget for recruitment.
  •  Establish and maintain candidate Data
  •  Negotiate and find reliable recruitment vendors from the market
  •  Pool potential CVs from the Vendors
  •  Update the Company career website.
  •  Maintain all vendor Contracts in accordance with local labor laws.
  •  Monitor and process documentation required for Hiring and Interviews
  •  Assure compliance with Corporate HC & Administration leavers’ policies and local regulations by tracking Debarment Recruitment Needs, preparing documentation and other paperwork as required.
  •  Support in the recruitment process by placing advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and reference checks.
  •  Follow up on Vendor Communications regarding requested Openings.
  •  Actively support recruitment process (liaise with agencies, CV screening, and reference checks).
  •  Review and update the Data and Vendor rates.
  •  Interviews from scheduling to hiring closure to be completed.
  •  Vendor Invoices to be collected in accordance with closure of opening.
  •  Conduct benefits enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
  • PMS Consolidation
  •  Monthly and Yearly Reports to HC & Admin Director
  •  Employee Relations as required
  •  Employee Grievances as required
  •  Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as Recruiter
  • Technical expertise is preferred with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for software roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the latest Software trends and technologies.
