Job Description
Strategic Management
- To grow strategic marketing partnerships
Process Management
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Search for new client leads.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of Filkhedma’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Manage relationships with existing customers through robust account management.
- Align with Commercial Marketing Manager on a weekly basis regarding Quarterly campaigns and their potential marketing partnerships to on-board with a target given to achieve.
- Liaise & Coordinate with marketing in-house and the client to develop co-branding and co-marketing activities.
- Use account planning tools and marketing research to plan for an effective sales activity, tailoring the Sales approach to specific verticals or customer business models.
- Perform account management functions including constant client meetings to check their temperature, assessing service quality feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement or growing the accounts
- Facilitate collections of dues from partners through coordinating between finance and partner contact persons if needed
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
