Job Description
- Managing all sub-teams of start-up and commissioning and maintenance of industrial and commercial UPS, generators.
- Reviewing all pending work orders and maintenance contracts and efficiently scheduling and dividing them through the teams.
- Following up ongoing and finished work orders and maintenance contracts and ensuring the job was done professional by team members.
- Following up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing reports for work orders in guarantee, pending work orders, done work orders, and maintenance contracts.
- Ensuring site visit notes are correctly archived with their corresponding work orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in UPS, genset or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- PMO or equivalent is a bonus.
