Job Description

  • Responsible for business relationships, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the business users known and emerging needs
  • Responsible for managing the support of the Production business applications including system modifications and maintenance in agreement with Central HQ ICT Department in term group standard and guideline.
  • Responsible for application support, and deployment.
  • Responsible for building, managing and delivering a portfolio of technology programs and projects that improve business process capabilities according to HQ ICT Department strategy and planning.
  • Responsible for proposing and Applications plan working with the senior management of the business.
  • Responsible for directing and evaluating feasibility studies, project scoping and project planning for business application projects in the country in strictly collaboration with ICT HQ department.
  • Define, plan, and direct the execution of a broad range of technical projects, while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk.
  • Responsible for establishing priorities and schedules for business application projects.

Job Requirements

  • 6 to 12 years in IT Operations or related work experience in manufacturing Factory.
  • BSc degree of Computer Science / Engineering / BIS / MIS or related majors.
  • Alexandria Residence as MUST.
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP- ERP Solutions,  capable to manage requirements for Business Intelligence, B2B digital platform based on SalesForce.com solution, and application in Manufacturing area (MES, QMS, LIMS, PLM).
  • Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology.
  • Excellent English commands both spoken & written.
  • Ability to strategize, plan and implement change
  • Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations
  • Possess critical thinking and investigation skills
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Essential qualities include organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently, attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to work well in and adapt to a team, take direction, follow stated processes.
  • Strong hands-on management capabilities, leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.
  • Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required.
