- Planning and implementing training and development plans.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or similar field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in mass hiring is a must.

- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Understanding of the entire recruitment cycle.
