HSE Director

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE Director to provide strategic leadership and direction for our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across all of our operations. As the HSE Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSE strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees, protect the environment, and comply with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated HSE management system that aligns with international standards and best practices.
• Establish and communicate clear HSE goals, objectives, and performance targets throughout the organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to HSE professionals within the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance and develop improvement plans as necessary.
• Oversee incident and accident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, clients, and industry associations.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, and proactively identify emerging HSE issues and concerns.
