Job Description
Job Summary: Account Manager is responsible of handling a portfolio of clients and managing all their aspects to make sure that they are receiving the best service possible.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Onboarding the new accounts, reviewing their contract and invoices.
- Creating the account checklist and implementing it.
- Held an awareness session to activate the client on Beyond services.
- Building strong relation with the clients and surveying their satisfaction.
- Following up on the payments.
- Handling the client’s day to day requests and inquiries.
- Monitoring the consumptions and loss ratios, and take actions accordingly.
- Handling the renewal process.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in the same field .
- Bachelor’s degree preferred Medical Background ( pharmacist )
- Very Good command of MS office
- Very Good command of English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client service skills
- Executor And Organizer
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Self motivated with ability to handle pressure & tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
