Overview of the role
- We are looking for a Telesales Executive to carry out the responsibility of reaching out to customers and achieve target sales.
What you'll be doing
- Achieving assigned sales targets and KPI's.
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in telesales.
- Experience with working on monthly targets, KPIs, and daily tasks.
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Positive and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Very good in English
- Previous experience in fintech/tech products is a huge plus.
