We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our B2B digital growth strategy. The role is responsible for building scalable lead generation funnels, optimizing paid media performance, enhancing brand positioning, and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive measurable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
4–6+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (B2B is a must)
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing & marketing automation
Experience in CRM integration and lead nurturing funnels
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Proven ability to manage monthly marketing budgets
Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting skills
Experience aligning marketing strategy with sales pipeline
Leadership skills and ability to manage junior team members
