Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Odoo
- Configure and implement relevant modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle (Analysis → Configuration → Testing → Go-Live)
- Prepare functional requirement documents (BRD / FRD)
- Train end users on system usage and best practices
- Provide post–Go-Live functional support
- Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with developers for customizations when needed
- Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare periodic project progress reports
Job Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP
- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, HR)
- Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Basic technical understanding of databases and the Odoo framework is a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
