Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Engineer to conduct a comprehensive review of the Web Platform, identify usability and design pain points, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. The goal is to enhance user experience, accessibility, and conversion rates based on industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a heuristic evaluation of the current Web Platform’s UI/UX.
- Analyze user flows, navigation, and information architecture. Identify usability issues (e.g., broken interactions, unclear CTAs, responsiveness).
- Benchmark against competitors and industry standards.
- Deliver a detailed report with prioritized recommendations (wireframes/prototypes optional).
- Suggest improvements for accessibility (WCAG compliance), mobile-friendliness, and performance.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of UI/UX design or front-end development experience.
- Portfolio showcasing web platform audits, UX critiques, or redesign projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (for mockups if needed).
- Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Strong analytical skills to justify recommendations with data/user research.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly (English fluency preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or UX testing tools.
- Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS) to understand technical constraints.
