Job Description
- Assess client needs and promote suitable products
- Meet with decision-makers and provide information about software products
- Perform product demonstrations and training as needed
- Negotiate sales prices
- Construct pitches and sales presentations
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
- Build and expand customer base, understanding customers' specific business needs.
- Brand our service. open channels & build a healthy pipeline for current and future opportunities to achieve each quarter quota and provide accurate estimates for that on regular basis
- Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes and then documenting them
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software and services
- Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology;
- Handling problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues
- Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals.
- Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong sense of organization and time management
- 3+ years of IT/software sales experience
- Proven track record with impressive sales numbers
- Excellent relationship-building skills on the phone and in-person
- Strong Knowledge of ERP software
- Experience in the GCC is a PLUS
