Job Description

  • Assess client needs and promote suitable products
  • Meet with decision-makers and provide information about software products
  • Perform product demonstrations and training as needed
  • Negotiate sales prices
  • Construct pitches and sales presentations
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
  • Build and expand customer base, understanding customers' specific business needs.
  • Brand our service. open channels & build a healthy pipeline for current and future opportunities to achieve each quarter quota and provide accurate estimates for that on regular basis
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes and then documenting them
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software and services
  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology;
  • Handling problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues
  • Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals.
  • Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of organization and time management
  • 3+ years of IT/software sales experience
  • Proven track record with impressive sales numbers
  • Excellent relationship-building skills on the phone and in-person
  • Strong Knowledge of ERP software
  • Experience in the GCC is a PLUS
