Job Description

  • Ensure that all requests including but not limited to New policy setup, Renewals, Policy endorsements, certificates, and queries are accepted in accordance with required checklists, executed, coordinated and followed up with other departments to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Understand and adhere to all underwriting, regulatory and compliance requirements including but not limited to screening of requirements, reporting suspicious transactions as applicable and retention of records.
  • To ensure Authority Matrix and Standard Operating Procedures are followed strictly while processing
    any transaction and deviations are referred to competent authority for approval as stated in Authority Matrix document.
  • Policy issuance and adminstration activities by meeting the SLA’s and TAT’s with internal and external
    clients
  • Policy issuance and adminstration activities by meeting the quality benchmark levels set at per
    Standard Operationg Procedures and following the Authority Matrix.
  • To ensure Policy documents, Terms & Conditions and Endorsement documents and all service requests are processed accurately.
  • To ensure New & Renewal Policy fulfillment, Endorsements and all other service requests are processed as per the defined TAT’s in Standard Operating Procedure documents.

Job Requirements

  • Problem-Solving, dentifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping, accurate input and management of data.
  • Policy Interpretation,ability to apply insurance guidelines and medical policy criteria.
  • Customer Service, handling inquiries from the business.
  • Written & Verbal Communication, explaining claim decisions and policy details clearly.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools, Excel and Word.
