Job Description
Sales Account Manager steers and develops Railway/Metro account in the assigned market in Egypt,
- Coordinate key account customer activities on NEA level in cooperation with other regional sales teams.
- Design, suggest and execute Key Account sales programs to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong mind share with the key account customers and maximize company’s business, with long term win-win partnership as the foundation.
- Understand Railways requirements and actively involve different departments to fulfill customer needs.
- The Sales Account business is based on win-win partnership and trust is the foundation for a long term successful relationship.
Responsibilities
- Objective is to achieve/exceed sales targets within the assigned key accounts by fostering a win-win relationship with all assigned key accounts and secure a climate of trust and mutual respect.
- Develop appropriate sales strategy/regional sales plan for the key accounts in the assigned region.
- Implement the strategy that covers reasonable long-term sales across all our product lines at the key account.
- Be the primary sales interface for each of the key accounts and ensure profitable strategic growth for the client’s organization by doing frequent visits.
- Continually monitor the requirements/ marked demand of key account and make timely recommendations to effect improvement.
- Work closely with Business Development Department to ensure efficient sales of products and market feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience with Railways. •Knowledge and experience in Industrial Engineering (Railway would be ideal).
- Experience in Railway business practice and account development.
- Used to schedule and host strategic meetings and presentation for key accounts.
- Proven experience of active participation at trade shows/exhibitions.
- Ability to communicate on all business levels.
- Demonstrate sound and good business judgment.
- Proven ability to develop integrated solutions.
