Responsibilities:

Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
Work closely with product design on customer experience in terms of UI & UX
Interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs.
Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for a product.
Validating product vs client requirements after development and testing is completed.
Perform UAT and client/external demos, and user manuals.
Track and report the milestones and provide status reports to the key stakeholders.
Manage the team in line with the constrained deadlines and empower the team members to ensure the teams are fully engaged in the project.
Support the Management in showcasing new products to appropriate internal/external audiences, and support product promotion and campaigns working closely with marketing and recruitment teams.
Owner of acceptance for all products before launch.

Main Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
5-7 years of experience working in product crafting roles, especially managing complex projects in a tech environment with multifunctional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to focus on details
Strong Communication & Presentation skills
Strong Technical background is a MUST.
