Job Description
- Prepare classroom activities that match the type and the model of the curriculum
- Manage classrooms to produce a conducive environment for active learning
- Teach classes to adult learners using the unique teaching style deployed at the Company
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or any relevant specialization (Essential).
- Proven teaching experience, ideally in similar online settings (Essential).
- have an excellent command of English across all 4 skills (CEFR / C1 at least)
- Personal computer with a built-in or separate webcam, quick and steady internet connection, and headset fitted with a microphone
- have at least 2 years of experience in teaching general English to adults
- Score 90% mark in the TKT done by English Capsules
- Be aware of current trends and developments in language teaching methodologies
- aware of learner-centered or communicative language teaching method
- be a team player
- have outstanding presentation skills and be able to use various instructional strategies to meet the
students’ needs - be aware of how significant it is to vary and pick over the activities to help students practice effectively
- possess very good communication skills so they can engage his/her class effectively and efficiently
- demonstrate genuine commitment to work;
- having experience in teaching business English/ ESP is a plus
- have a level five certificate in teaching
