Job Description

An Electromechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electromechanical systems and components. This role involves working on both electrical and mechanical aspects of a system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. The engineer will collaborate with various departments to support facility and premises management in a contact center environment.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 

     
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering or a related field.

     
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development:
    • Design and develop electromechanical systems and components.
    • Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
    • Perform simulations and testing to validate designs.
  2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems in the contact center.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electromechanical systems.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  3. Project Management:
    • Manage projects related to the installation and upgrade of electromechanical systems.
    • Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and departments to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project timelines and budgets.
  4. Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support and expertise to facility managers and maintenance staff.
    • Train staff on the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems.
    • Prepare technical reports and documentation.
