Front End Team Lead

As a Front-End Team Lead at our team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of front-end developers. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of web applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your role will involve overseeing the development process, coordinating tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager, product owner, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and priorities.
• Translate design mockups, wireframes, and user interface (UI) specifications into functional and responsive web interfaces.
• Implement front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by establishing coding standards, best practises, and development guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews to provide feedback, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and QA engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and perform thorough testing.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on the status to the project manager and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and advocate for their implementation when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain the stability and performance of web applications.
