Job Description
- Provides the preliminary architectural designs and provides the architectural solutions to show the design's internal beauty.
- Develops the decorations finish tables, internal finishes, and external facades finish, compares panels, and conducts enumeration tasks using panels or on the ground to achieve the required plan.
- Administer construction contracts and projects
- Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures
- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
- Conduct periodic on-site observations of construction work to monitor compliance with plans.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…) ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
- Prepare weekly progress and other periodic reports
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with Large scale projects
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must
