Job Description

  • Organizes and manages the day-to-day running of the manager's activities to ensure the provision of high-quality support.
  • Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management, coordinates activities, prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary
  • Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the manager’s correspondence, including calls, emails, post and fax to ensure they are dealt with professionally
  • Collects and researches information on assigned matters
  • Produces reports and statistical analyses as per the request of the manager.
  • Ensures that documentation is correctly filed by maintaining an efficient filing system.
  • Ensures that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the manager on meetings, trips and events.
  • Meets and greets the manager’s visitors
  • Works with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfil duties.
  • Attends senior level meetings (i.e. executive committee, board meetings…) and records minutes of meeting.
  • Organizes and sets up regional / international meetings and working sessions with overseas clients.
  • Any other job related matters assigned by the manager.
  • We also provide Food and Transport.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. French / German /Turkish is a plus
  • Strong telephone manner and high degree of personal presentation when interacting with telephone inquiries and visitors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate confidently, effectively and diplomatically.
  • Strong Presentation skills and strong command on MS applications (Excel, PPP, Words)
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage busy schedules, establish office systems and work accurately under pressure.
