Job Description

Summary of role
Are you the ultimate multitasker, ready to rock company processes, information,a knowledge base and systems like a boss? Can you be the ultimate knowledge guru, excited to take charge of the company's systems by assessing new tools and ensuring they are properly set up and adopted? If so, this role is perfect for you! 

Responsibilities:

Process Management

  •  Documenting and maintaining company processes and related assets, such as learning materials and templates 
  • Assisting in creating automated workflows for functional and cross-functional processes 
  • Continuously upgrading and enhancing process assets for better access and representation (automation options, easy access, representation, etc.) 

Information Management

  • Maintain the knowledge base for storing and retrieving all kinds of information related to itcan 
  • Create knowledge material for itcanners using a proper structure and content 
  • Introduce knowledge material to itcanners and train them on any if needed 
  • Conduct Knowledge Capturing and Knowledge Sharing sessions, especially during off-boards and onboards Research ideas, tools, techniques, and processes related to productivity and implement them accordingly

Systems Management

  • Assess the cases presented by functions for adopting a tool, system/platform, plugin, or application and introduce the options available to that function 
  • Elicit and store the requirements of system requests and assess them against the criteria for system adoption 
  • Ensure the proper setup and onboarding of the tools, systems/platforms, plugins, or applications adopted, and migration plans (if needed)

Job Requirements

  • BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role for at least 1 year. 
  • Tech-savvy 
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work 
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively Proficient in using technology and various software
