Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. C1 or C2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
