Job Description
- Develops an accurate and unbiased forecast over a 12 month horizon for the assigned Brands
- Build planning intelligent considering past sales, current trends, marketing plans & Distributor Data (Stocks & IMS) to challenge CCMs & Marketing for the overall benefit of business.
- Build up strong relationships with distributors to drive forecast reviews & interact closely with Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Ensure healthy stock level at company & at distributors.
- Steers improvements initiative by identifying process gaps and by taking the lead to close the gaps.
- Evaluate current supply network and proposed improvements where is appropriate.
- Provide relevant input to the S&OP process for the assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Business or Supply Chain or equivalent professional qualification. Holding a certification in Supply Chain would be an advantage.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain within FMCG/Beauty/Luxury industries.
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting, having worked and led S&OP will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Collaborative with good interpersonal skills; can build strong relationships quickly, Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style.
