Job Description

  • Greet, assist, and/or direct visitors and clients.
  • Answering incoming calls and route them to the concerned party.
  • Responsible for the company's communication billings.
  • Responsible for photocopying and printing documents.
  • Handling attendance, adherence, meetings, and orientations.
  • Responsible for office equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English Languages.
  • Strong knowledge of using CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Preferred to be 6 of October or Sheikh Zayed, resident.
  • Females only.
