Job Description
- Greet, assist, and/or direct visitors and clients.
- Answering incoming calls and route them to the concerned party.
- Responsible for the company's communication billings.
- Responsible for photocopying and printing documents.
- Handling attendance, adherence, meetings, and orientations.
- Responsible for office equipment, and supplies.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English Languages.
- Strong knowledge of using CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Preferred to be 6 of October or Sheikh Zayed, resident.
