Job Description
- Select & recommend sales (all seniors) to make his ideal team
- Interview senior sales as technical interview after hr first interview
- Make one to one meeting with existed sales to break the ice with them
- Train new sales till they are on track on a previous clear train policy that has been already set
- Help potential clients buy or sell properties.
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals & achieve his team target
- Follow up & support with his sales such as :-
- Note & comment on sales performance on crm
- Giving sales presentations to a region or projects of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Visiting clients and going on site visits.with his own clients & with his sales
- Answering client questions and handling objections
- Supporting team members & Coordinating efforts between them
- Make with admin assistance daily , weekly ,monthly reports with all important info & deliver it to sales manger
- Representing the company & be a good model for his sales in attendance , attitude , appearance , achieving target … etc
Job Requirements
- a previous experience in real estate at least 3:5 years as team leader & 5 years as a real-estate sales man in resale & primary realestate
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of the English language
- Good computer skills
- Excellent presentation & management skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner
- Able to achieve sales targets
- Generating Leads on his own
- Good appearance & can represent company
- Telephone skills
- Must own a car
- Minimum number of sales 5 : 8

- Basic salary from 8 k : 10 k depend on his experience in the filed and location he is aware of October ,new Cairo , new capital ..etc in achieving at least 50% from his team target
- Commissions from 1:5 k : 5/ million based on target achieve
