- Responsible for monitoring the front desk area (reception).
- Greet and welcome visitors.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or floor.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Reserve meeting rooms receiving packages from external vendors.
- Manage the daily work of office boys regarding discipline, cleanliness.
- Drivers daily work & follow up.
- Responsibility for checking and reporting when office supplies are needed.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- V.Good in English
- V.good in Microsoft office
- Proven work experience as Receptionist
- V.good communication skills
