Job Description

  • Responsible for monitoring the front desk area (reception).
  • Greet and welcome visitors.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or floor.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Reserve meeting rooms receiving packages from external vendors.
  • Manage the daily work of office boys regarding discipline, cleanliness.
  • Drivers daily work & follow up.
  • Responsibility for checking and reporting when office supplies are needed.

Job Requirements

  • Female i s a must
  • Bachelor degree
  • V.Good in English
  • V.good in Microsoft office 
  • Proven work experience as Receptionist
  • V.good  communication skills
