Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to visa processing for Arab and Gulf countries, in addition to coordinating with clients to source and manage blue-collar workforce requirements.

 

  • Handle visa applications and documentation for employees traveling to or working in Arab and Gulf countries.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding manpower needs and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to find and deploy blue-collar workers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and governmental procedures.
  • Support general administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in visa processing or administration (preferably for Gulf countries).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
