Job Description
- Checking the correctness of data entry for clients (full name - age - address - gender)
- Reviewing pending cases within the emergency and external services (at the time of delivery and receipt)
- Ensuring that the companies’ approvals are met when patients are admitted.
- Giving information about the prices of hospital services and the cost of surgeries.
- Contacting doctors to report that their cases are present for operations.
- Reserving future operations with the operations department and filling out the advance reservation notification.
- Completing the entry procedures, signing the financial declaration and collecting the insurance amount.
- Placing the patient on the medical system according to the financial condition and the type of bill.
- Comparison of the internal supervision report with the system (accommodation + escorts) for each shift
- Ensure that arrival cards are sent and inform the nursing and the concerned department by phone before boarding
- Collaboration with colleagues
- Listen carefully to customer requirements
- Commitment to hospital values (official uniform - punctuality - ....)
- Building relationships with the client
- Exchange information with the rest of the team
- Ensuring that the policy of raising the degree of entry cases is followed and following up on the return of the case to the original degree
Job Requirements
- Experience: at least one year (in Hospitals)
- Education: Must be a graduate
- Graduates from “Tourism and hotels” are most welcome
- Age: Maximum 35
