Job Description
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Plan and motivate the client to buy flight tickets, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Provide excellent professional customer service and problem-resolution skills.
- Answer emails and live chat messages from clients.
- Manage knowledge about the booking process and all service options available for customers.
- Build strong relationships with team members, and provide flexible and prompt support at all times
- Plan ready-made & tailored travel offers.
- Plan trip itinerary.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

Job Requirements
- Good English (Read, Write and Speaking) and native Arabic.
- Great communication skills.
- Advanced level of PC knowledge
- Have experience in travel and tourism industry.
- Ability to Work under Pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Bachelor degree or relevant work experience.
Candidates Criteria:
- Residents of Nasr City / Heliopolis / New Cairo are preferred.
- 2 Days off (Friday included).
- Excellent English Language Skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- Hardworking, committed & flexible
