Inside Sales Engineer (Freelance Commission Based Only)

Job Description:

IPS is seeking experienced AV / IT sales professionals to join as Regional Business Development Partners. This commission-based, independent contractor role leverages your local network to introduce IPS products, secure partnerships, and drive revenue growth. High performers who achieve USD 200,000 in invoiced sales within 12 months may transition into a full-time Country Manager role with salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and engage the Top System Integrators in your territory
•  Secure vendor registration and partnerships with local integrators
•  Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, with a focus on PIXL
•  Protect IPS product specifications in local tenders
•  Register deals and manage sales opportunities through IPS systems
•  Submit bi-weekly activity and pipeline reports to HQ
