Job Description
- Lead and direct all core HR functions (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management).
- Oversee the recruitment and development of the Blue-Collar Workforce and technical skill sets.
- Effectively manage disputes, resolve grievances, and ensure positive and productive labor relations.
- Ensure full adherence to local labor laws and strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards within the plant environment.
- Develop and execute C&B strategies and performance management systems that support operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within the Industrial or Manufacturing sector.
- understanding labor laws and proven experience managing factory floor operations and direct labor.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR professional certifications are a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.
- Excellent abilities in data analysis and designing compensation structures.
