Job Description
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for sterile surgical gowns, patient gowns, caps, masks, overshoes, and medical drapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production floor.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Train and guide production staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and achievements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the medical or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in a production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
