Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 year and maximum of 15 year of experience in accounting management or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising accounting teams and overseeing financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
