Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 year and maximum of 15 year of experience in accounting management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supervising accounting teams and overseeing financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.
