Job Description
- Reviews contractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements
- Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow-up drawings amendments during the implementation process
- Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities
- Check contractor’s QS to ensure the accuracy of quantities in the invoices
- Monitor projects time plan and Schedule
- Review As-built drawings & Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Schedules.
- Prepare correspondence and documents related to assigned projects and facilitate internal document scanning and archiving in line with closet procedure.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience for not less than 1 year
- Bachelor degree of Architectural Engineering.
- Excellent Command of English language.
- AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft office, HUP and Elit & SAP User
- Excellent Time Management and Communication Skills.
