Job Description
- Supervise and oversee all mechanical site activities related to MEP projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless execution of mechanical works.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Ensure all mechanical works are executed within the project timeline and budget constraints.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate the timely delivery and installation of mechanical materials and equipment.
- Support the resolution of technical queries and provide guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Site Works (H-VAC specially in VRV or VRF is a Plus, Fire-Fighting, Plumbing).
- Previous Experience in Electromechanical Contracting or in a Construction Company is a MUST.
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.
- Good in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
