Job Description
- Develop and maintain the project EPC schedule.
- Set work program and target milestones for each project phase based o the project plan.
- Ensure appropriate levels of monitoring systems and control information are transferred between participants.
- Coordinate and finalize all project schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Follow up a plan through reports and analysis
- Work with a budget to determine estimated operations expenses.
- Perform a variety of cost engineering systems including cost control, budget preparation, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 8-12 years in Real Estate developer is a must
- PMP or Project management master is preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Courses in project management and planning are a must.
- Proficient user of primavera.
- Engineering Bachelor's degree.
