Job Description
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Monitor data quality and ensure proper transaction to keep customer satisfaction & high-quality CRM services
- Plan customer relationship management strategies that will encourage customers and retain their loyalty
- Maintain and follow up customer relationships to strengthen company operations
- Analyze customer complaints with a focus on complaint reduction
- Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Sales Team to ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics to keep comply with CRM procedures and guidelines
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document in a comprehensible way.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- 2-4 years related experience
- Proven working experience in customer service
- Very Good in English language
- High communication skills
