Job Description

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Monitor data quality and ensure proper transaction to keep customer satisfaction & high-quality CRM services
  • Plan customer relationship management strategies that will encourage customers and retain their loyalty
  • Maintain and follow up customer relationships to strengthen company operations
  • Analyze customer complaints with a focus on complaint reduction
  • Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Sales Team to ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics to keep comply with CRM procedures and guidelines
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document in a comprehensible way.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration
  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Proven working experience in customer service
  • Very Good in English language
  • High communication skills
